Returns Policy

If goods that we supply to you are faulty in any way then we would request that firstly you please notify us by email @  info@naturalbalanceglobal.com and then return them to us within 7 days in the box they were delivered in. On receipt we will send you a replacement(s) and refund your postage costs.


Unfortunately we are unable to accept back any goods which have been opened or used and which are not faulty.
